When operating the tirfor winch (also known as wire rope pulling hoist, wire rope lever hoist, or wire rope winch), overloading is strictly prohibited. Upon overloading, the safety pin will automatically engage to cut off power. Before resuming operation, please confirm and replace the safety pin. It is imperative to adhere to the operational instructions and usage guidelines. Here are the key precautions for use:
Prior to use, inspect if all handles move smoothly and if there is sufficient lubricating oil in the friction parts. If any irregular movement of the handles is observed, immediate repair is necessary.
It is strictly prohibited to pull the forward and reverse handles simultaneously during operation.
Be cautious not to pull the release handle during work.
To withdraw the steel wire rope, ensure the load is removed first before pulling the release handle.
Overloading is strictly prohibited.
When performing high-altitude operations, safety devices, safety belts, and safety nets must be equipped prior to use. Otherwise, operation is not allowed.
When lifting a basket for high-rise building construction, the working load should be limited to 1/3 of the rated load. Additionally, the operator must wear a safety device, safety belt, and safety net.
Regularly inspect the condition of the steel wire rope. If there are signs of crushing, breakage, or loose strands, do not use it.
